Strategy | Process

Below are some examples of tools and processes I’ve created to help guide teams in efficient practices.

STRATEGY

ABOVE: This 3 page hand out was distributed to District & Store Managers to support them throughout the Holiday season.

SEASONAL MAPPING

ABOVE: This is an example of seasonal maps. The series help visualize the movement of product within the store and also see when and where new product would land.
ABOVE: This is a “floorset-at-a-glance”. A snapshot of what a store would look like that week.
ABOVE: Individual store maps. Color coded and labeled to support stores with product placement.
ABOVE: This Year VS. Last Year map. This was maintained weekly and always a great reference tool.
ABOVE: Individual store maps also became a great tool used by Home Office, Contractors and Store Associates when fixtures would move in and out of stores.

CAPACITY STUDIES

ABOVE: I developed this chart to identify how much product would be needed (FOH) for a new store opening. It is organized by category columns, then room (spaces in the store) rows.
ABOVE: These are “cheat sheets” used as a tool during product review meetings as well as for allocation purposes

PROCESS

ABOVE: This document contained information on all visual elements and fixtures. It addressed the different concepts of fixtures and included illustration and dimensions. Beneficial for many departments: marketing production, store operations, store design & construction.
ABOVE: Establishing a process to gain some consistency in the way Head Office received photos from the field.
ABOVE: Easy to use, visual cue to support DMs and SMs with selldown
